Cheltenham Children’s Festival

Welcome to the Childrens' Festival Cheltenham 2022

Join us for a day of free fun, from 10am to 3pm at Cheltenham Town Hall, on Saturday 28 May.  

Take part in science, music, yoga, martial arts, drama, storytelling, a penalty-shoot out and much more to celebrate this years theme of ‘The Future’!

reign. Local illustrator Gemma will be on hand to help you find your creative spirit.

Dean Close Little Trees – Activities for nursery age children.

Stagedoor Learning – Fun, lively performance for children focusing on the theme ‘The Future’ with music, movement and fun characters.

Explore Learning– Fun maths and English games

Tatty Bumpkin – Yoga for children.

University of Gloucestershire -‘Design a University’ with LEGO.

MoveMore – Test your accuracy, speed and precision with archery and speed cup stacking throughout the day.

Other events and activites

Town Centre Stage - The Brewery Quarter

Between 11am and 1pm, visitors to The Brewery Quarter can enjoy a variety of FREE singing, acting, dancing and circus performances from My Stage School, Danceworks Studios, The Music Works and Solo Circus!

Iconic Legends

Look out for costume characters across the town, courtesy of local cosplay group ‘Iconic Legends’, who will have people reaching for their phones to take a selfie with them!
