The #OurTown category celebrates projects and organisations that are showing understanding of how child poverty affects our town and are taking action against it.
And the winner is... Springbank Community Group
Springbank Community Group CiC supports families and individuals in the West of Cheltenham to improve social mobility, provide positive and meaningful activities for children and young people and to fight food poverty. Separate to their work with young people, Springbank Community Group CiC runs a well-used community food pantry, community café and household essentials project

The 4th Cheltenham Boys Brigade from Hesters Way
This group works with children that face many challenges from split
families to poverty, crime and alcoholism. The group provides these
children with opportunities and fun in their lives which they might not have
had otherwise.
The Moors Kids Club by Cheltenham Borough Homes and Artshape
CBH and Artshape have delivered a range of meaningful activities each
week to benefit this community such as litter picking, healthy food
provision and crafts.
