Healthy Relationships Healthy Families (HRHF)

The Aspire Foundation, along with Splitz Support Service is a group programme which  aims to raise awareness and understanding of domestic abuse and family conflict, in particular, highlighting the impact on children. 

Time Out Group

Family Space’s Time Out Group gives parents, particularly those in deprived communities, young mums and those struggling with social isolation and mental health issues, a chance to come together in a safe space where they can receive both formal and peer support to nurture and develop loving, healthy family relationships.

Gloucester Road Nursery and Primary School

During the pandemic Gloucester Road Primary School started to train a number of children to become ‘Restorative Stars’ as part of their Peaceful Problem Solving in school. This project, combined with an innovative programme of interventions around relationships and zones of regulation is highlighting
the need for strong relationships between peers and adults in their community.
