What is Party In The Park?

No Child Left Behind’s (NCLB) Party in the Park takes place on Wednesday 5 August, bringing a free, fun-filled day of activities and entertainment for the whole family to Cheltenham’s Pittville Park and Prince of Wales Stadium.

This summer’s celebration features over 60 free activities, entertainment and live performances. A wide range of activities, delivered by local organisations, will be available for all to enjoy from 11am to 4pm. Live music, dance and theatre performances from children and young people continues on the NCLB main stage until 5pm.

Pre-booking

This event is for everyone. Families with children who would benefit from a quieter environment can book the quiet hour from 10am to 11am, offering a calm start with suitable activities during this time. Those booking the quiet hour do not need to pre-register separately.
You can pre-register for the event for quicker entry on the day, and walk-ups will also be welcome. Head over to any event registration point on the day to collect your wristbands

Event areas

Activities will be split into four zones across the park on both sides of Evesham Road, from the Pump Room to the Prince of Wales Stadium, with something different taking place in each area.

Featuring – Inflatables, circus skills tent with a variety of circus themed workshops, therapy dogs and a costume making workshop delivered by Everyman Theatre.

Main stage

The stage will be hosted by entertainers Kishi and Maria Allebone, and Camilla Lewington, and will showcase a range of music, dance and drama performances.
